Villa General Information
Volans Suites is a luxurious retreat nestled in the serene orange groves of Fethiye’s Yanıklar neighborhood. Completed in August 2019, our exclusive villas offer a unique blend of modern elegance, antique-inspired décor, and country-style charm. Designed for ultimate comfort and sophistication, Volans Suites features four two-bedroom villas and one three-bedroom villa, each with a private pool.
Outdoor swimming pools are open from May 1 to November 1, but these dates may change due to the pandemic or any other reason. During the winter months, guests can also enjoy access to an indoor pool. With breathtaking natural surroundings and a refined ambiance, Volans Suites provides the perfect setting for a tranquil and luxurious getaway.
Note The deposit fee in this villa is 5.000 TL. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.

House Rules
Pool hours: 09:00 am till 12:00 midnight. Silent hours begin after midnight.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests with reservations are permitted to stay in the villa.
Reception Hours: There is no 24/7 reception. Assistance is available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
Energy Costs: All energy costs are included in the rental price.
Linen & Towels: A one-time set of linens and towels is included in the rental price.
Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included.
Minimum Stay: During the high season, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
Parking: A shared parking lot is available for guests.
Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided; however, please note that connection speed depends on the local service provider. Technical issues may occasionally cause reduced speed or temporary service disruptions.
Utilities & Weather Conditions: In Turkey, extreme weather conditions may occasionally affect water and electricity supply. While such interruptions are rare, they are typically restored as quickly as possible.
Hot Water Supply: Hot water is supplied through a solar heating system. If the tank is emptied, there may be a short waiting period for it to refill.
Short Stays & Special Periods: Reservations for stays shorter than the minimum requirement may be accepted at the host’s discretion, subject to an additional short-stay fee of 100 TL – 150 TL and an extra cleaning fee of 500 TL. During Turkish public holidays, the minimum stay is typically 7 nights.
