Villa General Information
Volans City is located in the center of Fethiye, launching itself on January 2023. Fethiye, one of the most famous touristic regions of our country; It is located near many centers such as Oludeniz, Calis Beach, Kayakoy, Babadag, Paspatur Bazaar. Fethiye invites you for an unforgettable holiday with its bright streets and friendly people, where green and blue meet.
Villa has 3 on-suite bedrooms in total and has an accommodation capacity of 6 people. Designed in a modern and luxurious concept, is adorned with one of the rarest sea views of our country. You can watch the sea view while drinking your drinks in the jacuzzi, and you can get rid of the tiredness that has accumulated on you all year long in the sauna. Thanks to its detailed kitchen and barbecue, you can prepare the most beautiful tables and experience beautiful moments with your loved ones. There is an indoor pool in our villa, it is suitable for renting all year round. Volans City promises you a wonderful holiday and opens its doors for you, our valued guests.
Note: Between 1 January-30 April and 1 October-30 November, pool heating is requested for 25 Euro per day and should be notified at least 3 days in advance if requested. The usage periods of the outdoor swimming pool are between 1 May and 1 November, but these dates may vary due to the pandemic.
Outdoor pool’s dimensions are 3.5 * 6.5 * 1.5 m, our inner pool is heated and its dimensions are 2.5 * 3.5 * 1.1 m.

House Rules
Pool opening hours : 09:00 am till 12:00 midnight. After midnight, silent hours are begin.
Only people who have reservation can accommodate at home. Others cannot stay.
There is not 7/24 hour reception. If you have a request you can contact in between 9am to 6pm.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Pets not allowed.
Guests are responsible for safety of their private goods.
All energy costs are included in the rental price.
One time Linen & towel included in the rental price
End of stay cleaning is included.
Minimum stay for high season is 7 nights

The property has complimentary Wifi connection. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Please note that on occasions, in Turkey, extremes in weather can cause water and/or electric supply to be cut or reduced. Services are normally restored as soon as possible.
Hot water is provided by solar system and it may cause to wait until to refill when the tank is empty.
For requests shorter than the stated periods, reservations can be accepted with the consent of the host with an extra short rental fee of 100 TL – 150 TL and an extra cleaning fee of 500 TL. During the special holidays in Turkey, the shortest stay is usually 7 nights.
Damage deposit: A deposit of 10.000 Turkish Lira is taken at the entrance in case of any damage, loss, broken, etc. After cleaning the villa, it is checked whether there are any problems such as any broken, damaged or lost equipments and your deposit is transferred to your account the next day.
